Hitting stores in OCT 2015! The hit song by Pharrell Williams, is now a picturebook.
Pharrell Williams brings his beloved song to the youngest of readers in photographs of children across cultures celebrating what it means to be happy. All the exuberance of the song pulses from these vibrant photographs of excited, happy kids. This is a picture book full of memorable, precious childhood moments that will move readers in the same way they were moved by the song."
I had the opportunity to collaborate with Pharrell and his fabulous team to create the book's vision, as well as 3D Neon artist: Shane Griffin on the Front Cover, and the talented photographer Amanda Pratt for the Back Cover and Interior pages. I also couldn't have pulled this book together without help from my designer Kelley Brady.

THE OUTSIDERS 50th ANNIVERSARY
To commemorate the book and the impact it has had on so many generations of teens, Penguin Young Readers is releasing a brand-new anniversary edition of The Outsiders. It’s packed with extra content, including letters between 16-year-old Hinton and her editor, and notes from cast members from Francis Ford Coppola’s 1983 film adaptation — which had a star-studded cast, including Patrick Swayze, Emilio Estevez, Matt Dillon, Rob Lowe, and Tom Cruise.
The Outsiders 50th anniversary edition hits shelves on Nov 1, 2016. I had the pleasure of working on 2 separate anniversary editions, as well as Hand-Lettering the Titles and Endpapers. 1 is our Hardcover Jacketed version, the 2nd is an EXCLUSIVE COLLECTOR'S EDITION made solely for Barnes & Noble stores. Both versions were photographed by Nick Ferrari.

PUFFIN PIXELS
Puffin Pixels is a new collection of Puffin Classics
featuring pixelated, 8-bit video game cover artwork. These paper-over-board editions will include fun extras like specialized color endpapers, and gaming detail throughout for an assortment of classics that packs a punch!
This is when working for a wonderful publishing company is pure joy! Having the chance to bring ideas and concepts for how to develop a new look for treasured books....was incredibly fun and exciting. The pixel art covers were created by the awesome artist Michael Myers

ROOKIEMAG.COM is a website created by and for young women to make the best of the beauty, pain, and awkwardness of being a teenager.
I had the pleasure to work on Rookie yearbook Three, and the final book...their senior year. Working closely with Rookie Editor in Chief, Tavi Gevinson, to acheive her vision, along with the talented artist superwoman Sonja Alhlers,
every page inside is well crafted. I'm also proud to have achieved the layout design, while organizing and overseeing an incredible team of designers at Penguin Books:
