Kristin Smith

I am currently living and working in New York City, as an Associate Art Director for Penguin Random House Books, in the Young Readers division.

 

I love designing book covers, and having the opportunity to collaborate with many talented designers, photographers, and illustrators. It's very inspiring and rewarding to read a manuscript and bring it to life from concept to the final image.

Outside of work, I still like to keep my day creative . . . cooking, baking, sewing, drawing . . . etc. Whatever's fun and makes me happy.
